I believe therapy should be as unique as you are, so I take an integrative approach, meaning I combine different techniques to make sure our sessions are right for your needs. I also offer creative ways to work through feelings, like using art materials or reflective writing. These tools can help you express things that are hard to say, and they might surprise you in how much they help!
I’ve been called kind, curious, and patient, and I think that’s because I really believe in you. You’re the expert in your life, and I’m just here to help you work through things at your own pace.
Our sessions together will be all about you. We’ll chat about what’s important to you, and I’ll listen closely. There’s no rush—no need to have all the answers or be “perfect.” This is your time to talk about what’s going on and what you want to focus on.
